Great atmosphere in the whole hotel. Everything we wanted to see, such as cathedral of st john the baptist was within walking distance of the venue. There was nearby Sweet Melissa's to grab something to eat: )

Great location, close to the riverfront and many restaurants, with easy access to trolley rides. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering discounts and local info. Rooms were well-maintained, with nice, clean suites equipped with a kitchen. Enjoyed the complementary cups for walking around with drinks. Rooftop Viera was a nice touch and the valet service was efficient and humorous.
Check-in was a bit tricky, as the valet also acts as the “doorman. ” Parking was a bit pricey and probably not suitable for larger vehicles.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was cleaned to perfection and the balcony was a nice touch. The hotel is located in a prime spot where restaurants and shops are only a short walk away. We also enjoyed the free coffee in the morning and the sparkling water available all day long.
The parking was a bit expensive and limited, so finding a spot was a challenge. driving in the area was a bit tricky due to the one-way streets and heavy traffic at times.

The hotel only had one elevator which resulted in long waiting times. There was mold on the shower walls which wasn't very pleasant.
